CBP Issues Guidance on Additional Streamlining of Cuban Refugee Adjustment Act (CRAA) Processing

CBP issued a memo on a pilot program to further streamline processing of Cuban citizens under the CRAA with the goal of minimizing the impact of increased numbers of Cuban nationals requesting CRAA processing at the ports of entry.
