CBP Issues Memo and Muster on {Redacted} Validity of Certain Foreign Passports (Six-Month List)

CBP released a memo and muster on the DOS 9 Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) 41.104 Exhibit I, entitled “Countries that Extend Passport Validity for an Additional Six Months After Expiration,” which should be consulted when making a determination if a country falls under this program.
