CBP Issues Memo on CBP Directive No. 2130-030, Prevention, Detection and Response to Sexual Abuse and/or Assault in CBP Holding Facilities

CBP released a memo informing the field that the Office of the Commissioner has issued a directive to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and assault in CBP holding facilities.
