CBP Issues Memo on General Aviation Processing

CBP released a redacted memo noting that flights with more than 20 passengers/crew should be processed at airports with Federal Inspection Service (FIS) facilities. An August 2, 2002, memo notifying field locations of the need to process these aircraft at the FIS {redacted} is attached.
