CBP Issues Memo on the Creation of Admissibility Advisory Centers

CBP issued a memo on the establishment of 24-hour Admissibility Advisory Centers to provide CBP officers with “the highest standards of support required to make complex admissibility determinations.” The Centers will not remove the decision-making from the field but would support the ports of entry.
