CBP Issues Memo on Trade NAFTA (TN) Computer Systems Analysts (CSA)

CBP released a memo updating guidance in Chapter 15.5(f)(2)(H) of the Inspector’s Field Manual on the CSA occupation. The guidance is to assist CBP officers adjudicating applications from Canadian citizens seeking to work as professionals in the United States under NAFTA.
