CBP Issues Memo on Processing of {Redacted} Records

CBP released a redacted memo providing information and clarifying guidance to CBP officers regarding ICE/SEVIS records entered in TECS. These records were created to prevent inadmissible nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors from being admitted to the U.S. under an invalid SEVIS record.
