CBP Issues Memo with Electronic Visa Update System Field Guidance

CBP issued a memo on the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS). The EVUS requirement will initially be limited to nonimmigrant individuals who hold unrestricted, B-1, B-2, or combination B-1/B-2 visas, with ten year validity periods with passports from the People’s Republic of China.
