CBP Issues Memo on Implementation of Boarding Foils for Certain USCIS Paroles

CBP released a redacted memo noting that starting 10/28/13, DOS will implement the issuance of boarding foils in lieu of using transportation letters or Forms I-512 to some individuals who have been authorized parole by USCIS.
