CBP Issues Memo on Inspection of Field Personnel Employed by IBC

CBP released a redacted memo noting that U.S. and Canadian workers employed by the International Boundary Commission (IBC) should present a Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) compliant travel document when applying for admission.
