CBP Releases Memo/Muster on Discontinuance of Fee Collections on Behalf of USCIS

CBP issued a memo and muster stating that effective 1/1/17, CBP will discontinue the practice of accepting most applications and fee payments on behalf of USCIS at ports of entry. USCIS standardized its electronic filing process so applications and fees will be filed directly.
