CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Georgian “Status-Neutral” Travel Documents

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that on 7/17/12, DOS began accepting Georgia status-neutral travel documents (SNTD) from residents of Russian-occupied Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Georgia, who choose to use them for travel or study in the United States.
