CBP Releases Memo/Muster on Hague Adoption Immigrant Visa Categories

CBP released a memo and muster notifying all CBP supervisors and officers of new immigrant visa categories for adopted children, IH-3 and IH-4. Effective 4/1/08, Hague adoption cases were processed on Form I-800A and Form I-800.
