CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Immigrant Visa Packages and Form I-601

CBP released a memo and muster noting that due to changes in filing procedures, immigrant visa packets will no longer contain original, approved Form I-607, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility. Once USCIS has adjudicated the waivers, DOS will be notified of decisions electronically.
