CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Inadmissibility on Public Health Grounds

CBP released a redacted memo and muster on procedures for processing individuals who appear to be inadmissible based on Public Health Grounds, noting that CBP officers cannot find someone inadmissible without a “Class A” medical certification.
