CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Immigrant Visa Packet Mailing Address

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that Immigrant Visa (IV) packets are being sent to the incorrect address, and that all IV packets must be logged, manifested, and shipped to USCIS within 24 hours to the Texas Service Center. Montreal IV pilot packet procedures remain the same.
