CBP Issues Memo/Muster on Immigrant Visa Modernization

CBP issued an undated memo and muster on modifications to the issuance and processing of U.S. immigrant visas. This effort intends to cease the practice of hard copy packets being hand carried by individuals for presentation at application for admission.
