CBP Releases Memo and Muster on Revised U.S. Permanent Resident Card

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that on 5/10/10, USCIS will introduce the latest version of the Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551). All previous versions of the I-551 will remain valid until expiration.
