CBP Releases Memo and Muster on Seneca Nation Enhanced Tribal Card

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that on 4/23/14, the Seneca Nation of New York will begin issuing an Enhanced Tribal Card (ETC), which is an acceptable stand alone WHTI-compliant document for entry into the U.S. at all land and sea ports of entry.
