CBP Releases Memo and Muster on TN Period of Admission

CBP released a memo and muster noting that Canadians and Mexicans seeking temporary entry as TN nonimmigrants shall make an application for admission at a designated port of entry or preclearance/preflight station. If admissible, they will be admitted as TN nonimmigrants for up to three years.
