CBP Releases Memo and Muster on TPS Status for Sudan and South Sudan

Admissions & Border, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting the extension of TPS designation for Sudan for 18 months and TPS designation for the new Republic of South Sudan for 18 months. The extension and new designation were valid through May 2, 2013.
