CBP Releases Memo and Muster on Transitioning to Boarding Foils

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that DOS will begin issuing “boarding foils” instead of boarding authorizations or “transportation letters” to qualified LPRs traveling abroad when the LPR wishes to return to the U.S. but is not in possession of valid, unexpired proof of LPR status.
