CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Update to Legislative Changes to Section 217(a) of the INA

CBP issued a memo and muster that updates its 1/21/16 memo and muster on legislative changes to section 217(a) of the INA, which announced changes for travel under the Visa Waiver Program. The memo lists modifications that will be made to the ESTA application and CBP Form I-94W as of 6/16/16.
