CBP Releases Memo on Paroles for Information Media Representatives

CBP released a memo stating that port directors should consider a one-time parole for information media representatives, stating that while representatives may seek admission as a B-1 business visitor or as a business visitor under the Visa Waiver Program, they must apply as “I” nonimmigrants.
