CBP Releases Memo on Periods of Admission for B-1 Nonimmigrants

CBP released a memo on periods of admission for B-1 nonimmigrants after the CBP INFO Center received several complaints concerning the issue, stating the CBP officers have the discretion to admit an admissible B-1 nonimmigrant for up to one year or limit their stay.
