CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Permanent Resident Cards Without Expiration Dates

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that there is no requirement that lawful permanent residents in possession of Permanent Resident Cards, Form I-551, without expiration date (WED) obtain a new Form I-551, with 10-year expiration date.
