CBP Issues Memo and Muster on Processing After Lease Service Applicants for Admission

CBP released a redacted memo and muster noting that individuals seeking admission to provide services to commercial or industrial equipment, machinery, or software, that has been leased from an enterprise located outside the U.S. should be processed as a B-1 visitor.
