CBP Releases Memo on {Redacted} Enhancements to Complement Section 217(a) of the INA Changes

CBP released a redacted memo to complement the 1/21/16 memo, “Legislative Changes to Section 217(a) of the INA” by delineating technical enhancements launched in {redacted} in support of the change. The changes are pertinent to traveler eligibility for entry under the Visa Waiver Program.
