CBP Releases Memo on Standard Operating Procedures on the Small Vessel Reporting System

CBP released a redacted memo on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) setting CBP policy and guidance for the use of the Small Vessel Reporting System (SVRS). The SOP itself is not included.
