CBP Issues Muster on Publication of the Additional Aliens Final Rule (8 CFR Parts 215 and 235)

CBP issued a redacted muster on the Additional Aliens Final Rule published in the Federal Register (FR) on 12/19/08. The rule will permit enrollment of any individual in US-VISIT, except certain Canadian citizens applying for admission as B-1/B-2 visitors, and those specifically exempted.
