CBP Releases Memo on Hydaburg Cooperative Association Enhanced Tribal Card

CBP released a memo with guidance for on or after 2/24/15, when the Hydaburg Cooperative Association Tribe of Alaska will begin to issue Enhanced Tribal Card, an acceptable stand alone Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative compliant document for entry into the U.S. at all land and sea ports of entry.
