CBP Releases Memo on Parole of Citizens of Russia into Guam

CBP released a memo on the parole of Russian citizens into Guam. Effective 1/15/12, a citizen of Russia will be eligible to be paroled into Guam, in addition to the CNMI; provided the traveler meets the eligibility criteria.
