CBP Releases Memo on Parole of Inadmissible Nonimmigrant Aliens

CBP released a memo to further clarify guidance previously issued on 11/19/14 titled, “Parole of Inadmissible Nonimmigrant Aliens,” and on 12/16/14 titled, “Parole of Inadmissible Nonimmigrant Aliens.” Effective immediately, any parole under Section 212(d)(5) must meet the outlined criteria.
