CBP Releases SOP on Controlled Deliveries, Cold Convoys, and Pass-Through Operations at Ports of Entry

CBP issued a SOP to establish a national policy for CBP, OFO, and ICE for facilitating controlled deliveries, cold convoys, and pass-through operations of all contraband, monetary instruments, persons, documents, and merchandise identified in smuggling attempts at ports of entry.
