Second CDC Order Requiring Negative COVID-19 Test or Documentation of Recovery from COVID-19 for Persons Entering by Air
CDC order signed 1/25/21, requiring a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 for all airline or other aircraft passengers arriving into the United States from any foreign country, effective 1/26/21. This order supersedes the prior order signed on 1/12/21. This new order clarifies the exemption categories for federal law enforcement and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) personnel.
