CIS Ombudsman’s Office Issues Alert on USCIS Response to COVID-19

The CIS Ombudsman’s office issued an alert on USCIS’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The alert also notes that the Ombudsman’s office has temporarily suspended in-person engagements but continues to remain operational and to process requests for case assistance. The office also continues to track systemic issues, including those related to COVID-19, which can be submitted at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.gov.
