AILA Submits Comment Opposing the DOS Interim Final Rule on Public Charge

AILA opposes the DOS interim final rule on public charge, which largely mirrors an enjoined DHS rule that runs contrary to law, and urges its immediate withdrawal. Further, DOS must also reverse its unnecessary and harmful January 2018 FAM revisions that were promulgated without notice and comment.
