AILA comments on the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS), urging CBP to provide email notification prior to EVUS expiration and recommends visa annotation with notice of EVUS enrollment and requirements. AILA also asked for guidance on provisional visa revocation due to EVUS noncompliance.
