AILA Submits Comments to USCIS Regarding Document Examination Practices for Form I-9
On 12/27/21, in response to a 60-day notice and request for comments, AILA submitted comments to USCIS regarding employers’ and employees’ experiences with document examination practices with Form I-9, including remote document examination during the COVID-19 pandemic.
