CBP Interim Final Rule on Automation of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record

CBP interim final rule which will add a new definition for the term “Form I-94” and also transition to an automated process whereby DHS will create a Form I-94 in an electronic format and will eliminate the paper Form I-94. (78 FR 18457, 03/27/13)
