Notification of Arrival Restrictions Applicable to Flights Carrying Persons Who Have Recently Traveled From or Were Otherwise Present Within the Count
DHS notice announcing the 3/13/20 decision of the Acting DHS Secretary directing flights carrying persons present in the Schengen Area within the period covering 14 days prior to the person’s entry or attempted entry into the U.S. to arrive only at certain airports, beginning 3/14/20. The notice also adds two additional airports to the list of airports where flights carrying persons subject to previous arrival restrictions for China and Iran are permitted to land.
