DHS Extends TPS Designation for Ukraine

DHS notice extending the designation of Ukraine for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, beginning on 4/20/25 and ending on 10/19/26, due to ongoing armed conflict and extraordinary and temporary conditions in Ukraine that prevent individuals from safely returning. The 60-day re-registration period for existing beneficiaries runs from 1/17/25 through 3/18/25. (90 FR 5936, 1/17/25)
