DHS Extends TPS Designation for Venezuela

DHS notice extending the designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, beginning on 4/3/25 and ending on 10/2/26, due to extraordinary and temporary conditions in Venezuela that prevent individuals from safely returning. Existing TPS beneficiaries, including those registered under the 10/3/23 TPS designation or the prior 3/9/21 TPS designation, who wish to extend their status through 10/2/26 must re-register during the re-registration period from 1/17/25 through 9/10/25.
