CBP Releases DHS Delegation of Authority Regarding Acceptable Border Crossing Documents

CBP released a DHS delegation that vests in the CBP Commissioner the authority to designate as acceptable certain border crossing documents for persons arriving by land or sea from within the Western Hemisphere.
