DHS Announces Final Rule on H-1B Visa Program

DHS announced the publication of a final rule amending regulations governing H-1B cap-subject petitions, outlining the changes. The reverse selection order, but not the electronic registration requirement, will apply to petitions filed for the FY2020 H-1B cap season.
