DHS Memo on Nicaragua’s Designation for Temporary Protected Status

DHS issued a memo on Nicaragua’s designation for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), with Acting Secretary Elaine Duke concluding that Nicaragua no longer meets the conditions for designation and establishing a twelve-month transition period before the termination of the designation as of 1/5/19.
