Advance copy of DHS notice titled “Designating Aliens for Expedited Removal,” which rescinds the 3/21/22 notice, “Rescission of the Notice of July 23, 2019, Designation for Expedited Removal.” The notice also restores the scope of expedited removal to the fullest extent authorized by Congress. The notice will be published in the Federal Register on 1/24/25.
