DHS Proposes Registration Fee for Petitioners Seeking to File H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions

DHS announced a proposal to require petitioners seeking to file H-1B cap-subject petitions to pay a $10 fee for each electronic registration submitted to USCIS. On 1/1/19, DHS published a final rule requiring petitioners to electronically register with USCIS before filing H-1B cap-subject petitions.
