DHS Releases Instructions for Form I-9 Completion by Employers of Certain H-2B Nonimmigrants

DHS released instructions for Form I-9 completion by employers of certain H-2B nonimmigrants permitted to start work because of temporary rules in effect due to the COVID-19 national emergency. The temporary flexibilities under the temporary rules are available through September 11, 2020.
