DHS Terminates TPS Designation for Haiti as of July 22, 2019
DHS announced that it will terminate the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Haiti with a delayed effective date of 18 months before the designation terminates on 7/22/19. Haitians with TPS will be required to reapply for EADs in order to legally work in the United States.
